Lake Access Lot in Emerald Pointe Circle

Gently rolling, wooded lot in gated Emerald Pointe subdivision with 250 feet of road frontage.

Large lot with great building potential.

The owners have paid the $250 per year for a boat slip and it is walking distance of the lot.

This lot is in walking distance of  boat slips.

This is a great deal. Lake access with a boat slip and a boat launch in the gated community for under $15000.

Who would have thought living the good life could be so inexpensive?

BUBBA RAY CATCHES A BIG CATFISH

BUBBA CATCHES A BIG CATFISH

Bubba Ray returned to shore on Watts Bar Lake with a huge catfish that was bigger and heavier than Bubba Ray …and that is BIG!

On the way to the cleaning shed, Bubba Ray ran into a Lonnie who had a stringer of what looked like a dozen baby minnows.

Lonnie looked at the catfish, turned to the Bubba Ray and said, "Only caught one, huh?"

Bubba Ray and Lonnie Talk About Fishing

Bubba Ray and Lonnie are talking about fishing.

Bubba says to Lonnie , "I ain’t NEVER going to take my wife fishing with me, ever again!"

"That bad, huh" Lonnie says.

"She did everything wrong! She did everything wrong! She talked too much, made the boat rock constantly, tried to stand up in the boat, baited the hook wrong, used the wrong lures and WORST of all she caught more fish than me!"

Bubba Ray and Lonnie Fishing On Watts Bar Lake

Bubba Ray and Lonnie went fishing on Watts Bar Lake as they often do. While they were out in their boat, Lonnie suddenly became curious about the world around him. He asked Bubba Ray, "Bubba Ray, how does this boat float?"

Bubba Ray replied, "Don't rightly know Lonnie."

A little later, Lonnie looked at Bubba Ray and asked, "Bubba Ray, how do fish breath underwater?"

Once again Bubba Ray replied, "Don't rightly know Lonnie."

A little later Lonnie asked Bubba Ray, "Bubba Ray, why is the sky blue?"

Again, Bubba Ray replied, "Don't rightly know Lonnie."

Finally, Lonnie asked Bubba Ray, "Bubba Ray, do you mind my asking you all of these questions?"

Bubba Ray replied, "Of course not, Lonnie. If you don't ask questions, you never learn nothin'."
